Billing questions.

What happens when the trial ends?
After 14 days your card is charged for the plan you chose ($39/month or $390/year) and the subscription renews automatically. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. You add a card when you start the trial, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. There is one free trial per person.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing page, in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded.
What is the AI allowance?
Each month your plan includes a fair-use amount of AI work (generating test cases and chatting with the agent) that covers typical daily use by one QA engineer. The billing page shows how much of it you have used. The trial includes a smaller allowance.
What if I run out of the allowance?
Generation and chat pause until the allowance resets on the first day of the next month. Everything else keeps working: your sessions, editing cases and sending them to Jira. If you regularly need more, talk to us.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change the billing period from “Manage billing” on the billing page; Stripe works out the difference.
Which currency, and are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes.
How are payments handled?
Payments go through Stripe; Quorum never sees your card number. See the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
